Apartment Review for Sundance At The Crossings - Indianapolis, IN

Do not let the outward appearance sway you and if you do drive through pay close attention, better yet get out and walk these nasty grounds yourself. This is the worst place I have ever lived and I have moved once a year for the past 5 years. I would not recommend Sundance to a homeless person. Living conditions are horrible here at Sundance. You will get no peace or quiet as you can every thing your neighbors do through the walls; let alone the constant flushing of your neighbors toilet and yes you can every them being intimate also. They office staff is very, very nice before signing the lease, but oh so very different afterwards. The propery manager, Kristy, is a real nasty witch and she would not hesitate to get you in your pocketbook. Please beware of her as even the staff do not like her and are afraid of her to some degree. Her best assest is that she thinks she can bully everybody and mostly this works as people can be intimated by her. There is nothing nice about Sundance and for the price you are really getting screwed, so my advice and please do not take this as someone trying to get vengence as I could really care less, but just trying to protect my fellow man, so run, run as fast as you can away from any Edward Rose Community, but especially Sundance. Take it for what it is worth, but you will be very, very sorry you have lived here.
