Apartment Review for The Courts At Kensington - Indianapolis, IN

I have lived here for about a year now. The price is great for the amount of space. I haven't had any problems with my neighbors or noise issues. Parking is pretty adequate. I love my apt. The grounds are kept up always. The main problem is the maintaince. You have to stay on them about everything you need fixed. If you don't have a problem with calling about three times to get something worked on, then living here should be fine.
