Apartment Review for The Private Reserve, Luxury Towhomes - Indianapolis, IN

This place is terrible, the landscaping is bad, the condition of the units are bad. Management is terrible, maintenance is poor, they lie on their website and brochures, they are promoting amenities they don't even have. They've had several units that flooded, and they didn't treat the wood, so there is mold in the units, the owner is a jerk. Occupancy is minimal, people are moving out, I moved out as soon as my lease was up...your lease can be terminated for any reason, if you complain, watch out...you might get a termination of lease letter. I now live in Carmel, in a real luxury condo community. Anybody who still lives there are idiots, paying all that money for what? water leaks, mold? the non existent pool and basketball court? it's poorly lit at night, the have several light post...that don't work...it was just awful, thank god, I'm outta there!!!!!
