Apartment Review for The Regal - Indianapolis, IN

Unless you have a garage, your car will be broken into/stolen. Leasing staff & the manager will either seem nice but b fake or lying actually, or simply be rude & lie period. FREE HEAT!!!--But the boiler breaks every winter u spend days/week in 40F apt. Common lights will randomly all b off @ night, the "security entry" doors have all been broken since Ive been here. Some big, nice looking apts. but expect A LOT of hassle.
