Apartment Review for Walden Apartments - Indianapolis, IN

Walden was nice for a while. We kept our apartment clean, so we had no bug problems or anything like that. The office changed management 3 times in 2 years, and the current management is doing a great job. Maintence is pretty good, you have to keep on top of the office to get them there on time. There are a lot of families in the complex, and not a lot for the kids to do, so at times, they turn to vandalism, which is not good. Parking rules are not enforced, so sometimes it is a hassle getting a spot, especially if you live on the court as I did. The pool isn't maintained very well, and only open short hours, so don't even think of a night swim. The tennis court never had a net in 2 years, and the basketball court didn't have a rim until a few months ago. All in all, it isn't a bad place for the money that you pay. I wouldn't make it a life-choice, but for 1-3 years, it's nice. The shade and quiet of it is nice also.
