Apartment Review for Willowbrook Lake - Indianapolis, IN

I was lured here by the advertisment that Kohler (the mgmt. company) was making a 3 million dollar refurbishment to the property. I have only been here one year, and the management here has changed at least 5 times. The common areas (halls, laundry room, etc.) are always filthy, and they don't have a housekeeping staff at all. The maintenance staff is okay, but there is not a fitness center, club house, or storage on site. The walls are so thin you can actually hear the people upstairs having sex. The security sucks...they have a police on site, but he just looks at the roudy folks that congregate under the carports, and goes on into his apartment. I must honestly say that I have been so disappointed with my decision to move here. Please talk to a current tenant and they will tell you the real deal.
