Apartment Review for Wyckford Commons - Indianapolis, IN

I am currently living here and thought it was going to be a great place. I first moved in and the apartment wasnt ready and it all just went downhill from there. I still have patches on my walls from where the drywall was never sanded down. I didn't have hot water when I moved in. The cabinet below my sink was busted out and it took them 3 weeks and several calls to fix it. My mailbox lock was broke and it took them 5 weeks to fix it. My water pressure completely left and it took them over a month to fix and they only fixed my sink not my shower or the kitchen pressure. Overall the maintenance is horrible. When I call the office I usually get the answer well I dont know what to tell you or let me put you on hold and contact the property manager, the staff seems very uninformed. Overall I am very unsatisfied with the service and quality of these apartments.
