Apartment Review for Wyckford Commons - Indianapolis, IN

I have lived here at Wyckford since 2004. When I first moved in I would have told you to run the other way....But now that this new company took over at the end of 2005, things are really starting to look up. The office staff is nicer, maintenance more efficient, and overall appeal of the community has improved ten-fold. They are always holding resident events, they have solved what issues they had with parking by assigning parking permits, and now they are offering upgraded apartments for only $70 more, and for them a "upgraded apartment" is basically new everything!!! They haqve even put a fence up along the eastside of the property, with a promise to do the same on the westside this year. All in all, I would say that if you are on a budget, and don't won't to sacrifice service and safety, Wyckford is the place to go!!!!!
